The Jacksonville North Pulaski School District is soliciting sealed bids and/or secured email bids for access control and I.P. security camera system.
- Bidders should have an Arkansas presence in order to provide prompt on-site technical support when needed by the district.
- All bidders must complete the bidder affidavit and include it in the bid packet. The form is posted on the "Request for Proposal" page on the school district website.
- All sealed or emailed bids are due at the superintendent's office no later than 12:00 pm on February 16, 2024.
- The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. The award will be based upon those considerations in the District's best interest. It will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged most effective and economical for the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation to Bid.
- Proposals must comply fully with any provision of the bid documents to be considered valid and will not receive consideration.
